Depending on how you use the app, we may collect:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and login details (including when you sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple).
• Order and delivery information: menu selections, order history, delivery addresses, delivery instructions, and order status.
• Location information: with your permission, approximate or precise location to help set delivery addresses and show delivery on a map.
• Photos/camera: with your permission, photos such as delivery proof images taken by delivery partners, or images used by staff for menu management.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Square. We do not store full card numbers in the app. Square may process payment details under its own privacy policy.
• Device and notification information: device identifiers and push notification tokens if you enable notifications.
• Support communications: messages or details you provide when contacting support.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Take and fulfill food orders and subscriptions
• Process payments (via Square) and cash-on-delivery orders
• Provide delivery, tracking, and customer support
• Send optional order/status notifications
• Improve app reliability and prevent fraud/abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us operate the app (for example Supabase for backend/auth, Square for payments, Expo/Apple/Google for push delivery and sign-in, and mapping providers for address/map features)
• Delivery partners/staff as needed to fulfill your order
• Legal authorities when required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sign-In Providers

If you use Google or Apple to sign in, those providers share limited account information (such as name and email) with us according to your settings and their policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain account, order, and related records as needed to operate the service, handle disputes, and meet legal/accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your account subject to orders or legal holds we must keep.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• You can decline location, camera, photo, or notification permissions in device settings (some features may not work).
• You can update profile/address information in the app.
• You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information where applicable.

7. Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Third-Party Services

Third parties (including Square, Google, Apple, and mapping providers) have their own privacy policies governing their services.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
